At home – on your own!  The hardest part of this project is finding the rocks!  Find several smooth, rocks like you find on the beach.  Color the rocks different colors of green stripes, from top to bottom.  Add some black or very dark green for depth.  When dry, add your white stripes going down through the lighter green.  You can use a dotting gyre, or back of your paintbrush dipped in white paint for the dots, to look like needles.

For the flowers, use smaller rocks and paint to look like flowers.

Glue into place at the top of your “cactus” to look like flowers.  Put in a small dish or clay pot surrounded by pea gravel.
